Leadership development programmes
People leadership enables future line managers to take responsibility for their team's delivery and performance. Focus is on working through others to achieve group objectives and create a high performance culture.
Managers enhance their existing leadership capabilities through better understanding of group business strategy, identifying skills gaps and managing change.
Team development programmes
New teams for newly formed work groups or those who have undergone changes to their leadership or purpose. We accelerate the familiarisation process to ensure that your teams perform effectively from day one.
Moving to high performance means we will enable your teams to move from normal behaviour to high performance.
Delegates will learn about working in a devolved leadership structure whilst developing their communication and group working skills.
Team analysis allows you to understand the specific areas for development within your teams.
Through intensive review and feedback sessions your team can analyse their current state and establish objectives to enhance their performance.
Cross functional or virtual teams will enable the teams to understand individual member’s strengths, agree on roles, responsibilities and set the authority and accountability to act.
A Quaystage Training Sailing Corporate Day(s) Include:
- A full day's sailing, out on the water
- Personal and Individual attention (Skipper and optional Hostess)
- All catering - including breakfast, snack, lunch, and party snack at the end of the day (Various options available dependent on budget!)
- All safety equipment
- Waterproofs if needed
- A day that everyone will remember
- All yacht related fees e.g: fuel and moorings

The Yachts:
We have a number of new and different yachts depending on your requirements for the event.
Cruiser/Racers - The range includes Beneteau 40.7s, Jeanneau 37s & 40s
Sleek in design they offer up to ten people the speed of a performance race yacht, combined with the comfort of a cruising yacht.
