Season 2021

Updates and Programme

2021 .... Important news from Quaystage Training!

Firstly, thank you for your interest in Quaystage Training. Like you, we are keen to get our lives back to normal as soon as possible and we look forward to getting you all on the water to take part in one of our amazing Sail Camp adventures, or working with your school/college over the next year.

As you are more than aware, these past 18 months have been unprecedented times. As a result, here at Quaystage we have had to make some difficult decisions in order to ensure our survival and to continue to be able to offer the experience and platform for learning we take pride in providing to young people in the UK and Europe. We are looking to rebuild from July 2021 onwards, with a full programme again in 2022. This means that some of our programmes will be different this summer. In order to provide the best on-water experience that we can, we have been forced to limit some activities during the forthcoming season to keep our cost economonical and within our means as a company. This does not relinquish our promise to you to provide the best Sail Camp experience and tuition that we can. That said, we will not be able to provide RYA courses during the summer 2021 season and hope to resume these from September 2021 for next year.

If you do make a booking with us, please ensure you read our COVID-Statement and if you have any questions, please get in touch with us and we will endevour to answer them.

As a result of the global shut down, we also find ourselves in the situation of having our team expanded literally around the four corners of the globe, from the Outer Hebrides and the valleys of Wales to South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands. Whilst we are all working remotely, we are endeavouring to provide seamless communication to our customers, but thank you for your patience and understanding, if this does falter from time to time.

If you would like to follow the exciting adventures that some of the Quaystage team are on at this time, feel free to have a look at our Facebook and Instagram pages.

Good luck for 2021 abd Stay Safe!

Covid 19 - Statement - Please read before booking.

At this difficult time, we would like to thank you for your continued interest in Quaystage Training and both our Sail Camps and Dive Camps. Quaystage, owing to the uncertainty of the restrictions that may or may not be place, are looking to provide residential Duke of Edinburgh Expedition voyages and Sail Camps for teenagers, young adults and family groups for the summer 2021 season.

These are subject to mixed household groups being able to share accommodation or board vessels. Quaystage will make assessments on the execution of its programmes based on RYA and BMI guidelines and government advice. Quaystage Training reserves the right to cancel voyages at short notice, owing to its interpretation of these guidelines and ability to deliver a safe programme. In this event, full refund will be issued.

Our aim in 2021 is to provide Sail Camps which will enable young people to get outside and socialise with each other, as well as families to enjoy each others company in the outdoors on our Family Camps. We endeavour to provide the best experience possible to the young people and adults we take to sea with us, but owing to the current uncertainty of these times, may have to make changes from time to time to the advertised activities and programme itineraries. These decisions will be made on grounds of safety and economic grounds for both individuals and overall reputation of Quaystage Training Limited.

Safety of all those involved is paramount to our operation. Quaystage Training therefore reserves the right to make changes to the programme and advertised activities at short notice. In these unprecedented time we may have to limit the activities which we would like to provide as part of our programmes, owing to availability and economical costing. We will endeavour to keep unforeseen costs to minimum, but reserve the right to apply a surcharge for activities for which associated costs spiral.

All our courses are suspended until July 2021, but we are looking to provide Sail Camps in the UK from 1st July, for which we are taking bookings and enquiries.

Please contact us for further information and price information, which is difficult to publish due to changing prices from suppliers at this time.

If you make a booking and the course does not go ahead, or you or the person you have made a booking for can not attend owing to Covid Symptoms*, we will provide a full no questions asked refund.

Please feel free to contact us and find out how we are keeping courses and their participants safe. In the meantime, as valued customers and friends, please stay safe.

* A doctors note is required for our insurance.
