New: 9 day RYA Day Skipper Fasttrack (Theory & Practical)
This is a 9 day RYA sailing courses, which take place on our classrooms and school yachts. It its ideal for those wishing to gain RYA qualifications, as we will be sailing around the Solent to a different marina, harbour or anchorage each night, and sleeping onboard in cabins, practising and learning the skills required to sail safely and take command of yacht. The first 4 days we will run through all the theory you need to know to be a competent day skipper, and then the next 5 days we will put the theory into practice, as we complete the practical element of the course.
The Solent is recognised as the hub of the UK's yachting community. You will get expert instruction from our great team of sail training specialist, on a course are delivered to allow you to build your level of sailing expertise and confidence.
This course will start and finish in Hamble Point Marina.
Starting time: 10 a.m.
End time: 3 p.m.
Course Fees include:
All food (except meals eaten ashore), marina fees and also safety equipment and tuition.
Oil Skins and other wet weather gear can be hired from us for the duration of our course. Please ask as for details when you make your booking.
