RYA Essential Safety and Navigation
This course covers the basics for all water users including anyone new to sailing, power boats, motor boating, sea angling and diving as well as experienced dinghy and keelboat sailors and inshore racers.
It is designed to give knowledge of tides, buoyage and basic pilotage skills to all water users and acts as an excellent foundation course for the Day Skipper Theory for a Competent Crew level water user who would like to gain more knowledge.

Successful course outcome
At the end of the course successful students will be awarded the RYA Essential Navigation and Safety Certificate and will have a knowledge of safety and basic navigation techniques.

RYA Essential Navigation and Safety Pack, Dividers and Plotter.
The course is held in our classroom and includes all course materials, morning and afternoon tea. Lunch is not included. We also offer some online delivery options.
